Is this a buffet-style restaurant?

At our restaurant, you pay by the plate. Our indoor dining experience features a Revolving Sushi Bar, that allows you to select dishes you see as they float by, as well as an Express Belt for selective orders delivered table side. Each sushi plate is the same set price per location and we also offer udon, ramen, side dishes and desserts at varied price points.

Do you offer Pickup and Delivery?

All of our menu items, including alcoholic beverages (where legal), can be ordered for pick-up and delivery. You may place your pick-up or delivery order in advance through the Kura Sushi App or via order.kurasushi.com. If you have any food allergies or food sensitivities, please call the restaurant after placing your to-go order so our team can do its best to accommodate your requests.

Do you offer catering services?

Unfortunately, we don't offer catering services. However, all of our menu items are available for pick-up and delivery.

Is there a kid's menu?

Although we do not offer a Kid's Menu, our sushi is all Wasabi-free for guests of all ages to enjoy. We also offer hot items such as Karaage (Fried) Chicken, Ramen/Udon noodle soups, etc.

Can you accommodate special requests from guests with food sensitivities?

Please make us aware of any food allergies when placing your order, as not all ingredients are listed on your order panel. Also, please check with our servers if your requests can be accommodated. Our restaurants are not allergen or gluten-free environments. Menu items may be prepared using shared equipment and fryers allowing for cross-contact with allergens and other ingredients. For these reasons, even when specially ordered, we are unable to guarantee that a menu item will be free of any allergen.

How can I order a Kura Sushi Gift Card for myself or as a gift?

Physical gift cards may be purchased in-restaurant and both physical and digital gift cards may be purchased online at kurasushi.com/giftcard.

What are the shipping options?

Digital Gift Card: Digital Gift Cards will be sent via email. Physical Gift Card: You may choose our standard shipping free of charge, or for an additional fee you may choose to expedite the order. Depending on when your order is placed, it may take 1-2 business days to process the order for delivery.

When will my recipient receive their Kura Sushi Gift Card?

Digital Gift Card: Your Digital Gift Card will be sent via email on the delivery date you choose, with rare exceptions for processing delays. For same-day delivery, most Digital Gift Cards are sent within an hour of the purchase transaction. For future delivery, Digital Gift Cards are sent on the morning of the scheduled delivery date. Physical Gift Card: Delivery times are determined by the Shipping Method selection. Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days. Once your Gift Card is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

How do I check my order status and delivery?

Once your Kura Sushi Gift Card is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Does the purchase of gift cards count towards earning points if you are a Kura Sushi Rewards member?

No. You can earn points when you place an order using a Kura Revolving Sushi Bar Gift Card, but not on the purchase of the gift cards themselves.

How do I transfer Kura Sushi Gift Card balance?

Unfortunately, Kura Sushi Gift Cards' balances cannot be transferred at this time.

How do I earn points?

Receive 10 points for every $1 spent in the restaurant or online at order.kurasushi.com.

How do I redeem rewards?

500 points automatically unlocks a $5 Reward. Minimum purchase of $15 required per coupon (before tax and tip).

What is the Birthday Reward?

Receive a complimentary dessert on your birthday! With $15 minimum spend (before tax and tip). Dine in only. App is required.

Do points expire?

Points expire one year from earning date. $5 Rewards expire 21 days from issuance.

How do I sign up?

Download the Kura Sushi Rewards app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Receive 300 bonus points instantly upon sign up.

Can you make reservations?

Yes! Reservations can be made easily through the Kura Rewards App or using the kiosk located inside the restaurant. Once your reservation is made, you'll receive a confirmation text message.

Can you accommodate large parties?

Yes! We accommodate parties up to 8 persons via our waitlist kiosk at the front door or through online check-in (it may vary by locations). All tables are booth settings and can seat up to 6 guests. For everyone to enjoy Conveyor belt experience, we usually seat larger parties in 2 separate booths close to each other.

Do you franchise?

Thank you for your interest in becoming a franchise partner, however, there are no franchise opportunities at this time.

Do you have gift cards?

Yes, we sell both physical gift cards in-restaurant and digital gift cards online through our website. Simply click on "Gift Card" at the top right hand corner or click here to purchase.
